The European Summit, held in Prague this September, is the chance for representatives of the online entertainment world to meet each other and discuss the state of the market.
September 22nd-25th sees the annual European Summit for the online entertainment industry take place in Prague, Czech Republic.
About the European Summit
Held each year, the European Summit is a chance for online entertainment industry operators to get together and take part in seminars, listen to specialist discussions and lectures, share ideas and information, and enjoy the hospitality on offer.
Promoted as the biggest Business to Business summit of its' type in Europe, the summit is one of several held around the world, with others due in Thailand in November, and Columbia next July. Open to operators from all parts of the market, some 400 attendees are already confirmed for the Prague meeting, with more expected to register between now and the start of the event.
Included are companies that provide SEO services, mobile operators, the adult industry, those from the online wagering market, affiliate groups and more. The topics under discussion cover such diverse themes as advertising, traffic generation, how to approach the new regulations on European VAT, and automated media buying.
The business days are filled with opportunities for people to meet and greet those in similar lines of work, and the schedule of evening entertainment includes awards ceremonies, golf, clay pigeon shooting and lots of parties hosted by the main sponsors.
Held at the Park Hotel, just minutes from the historic centre of Prague, the main venue is already fully booked, but there is alternative accommodation nearby. The Park Hotel has several meeting and conference rooms, while the restaurant serves the latest local dishes. Free shuttle buses are provided to get people to and from the various events.
