Top industry award ceremony to acknowledge the best in the business.
On June 17th the Tower of London is gearing up to host the 2014 Operating Marketing and Innovation Awards. Following the 2013 inaugural Operator Innovation Awards, the focus will be shifted slightly to encompass acknowledging those companies who have shown excellence in marketing, in addition to innovations in online gaming. As in last year’s gathering, companies will be rewarded for exceptional performance in the preceding 12 months, with particular emphasis on those outfits who push both themselves and the innovation envelope.
The following is an extensive list of the award categories; Affiliate marketing campaign of the year, Bingo marketing campaign of the year, Brand of the year, Casino marketing campaign of the year, CRM campaign of the year, Innovation in bingo, Innovation in casino, Innovation in mobile and tablet, Innovation in poker, Innovation in social casino, Innovation in sports betting, Innovation of the year, Innovative start-up of the year, Poker marketing campaign of the year, Social marketing campaign of the year and Sportsbook marketing campaign of the year.
Application and Judging
Although applications have closed, those eligible to apply were any operator involved in the online gaming industry. The judging panel is drawn from a cross-section of the industry. They include former CEOs, MDs, board directors of public companies, key advisers to the industry, highly successful entrepreneurs and innovators. In order to avoid a conflict of interest, judges cannot adjudicate on categories where they might possibly be a conflict of interests. The judging itself takes into account performance, activity and initiatives between March 2013 and March 2014.
